Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

In general, due to the nature of downloadable products, we do not offer refunds or returns. Once you have downloaded one of our programs, there is no realistic way to return it. However, we are willing to discuss and work with you if there was a mistake made at the time of order. Please feel free to reach out if you feel you need a refund.

Refunds

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

We will always let you know via email when we have processed the refund on our end. So if you do not see it in the time frame you expect, please double-check with your bank, credit card, or PayPal as it would most likely be a result of a policy or processing on their end.

Sale items

If a refund is issued on an item that was on sale or when a sale coupon was used, the sale price will be refunded.
